Job Interview Preparation for Professionals
Land the job you want.
Build the life you deserve.
One-on-one coaching to help you earn trust, communicate your value clearly, and get hired — without pretending to be someone you’re not.
- Demonstrate judgment
- Communicate value
- Increase earning power

Resumes get you interviews; they don’t get you hired.
Dozens of applications. No responses. Silence after interviews. Rejections without feedback.
When progress stalls, self-trust erodes — and stress starts to show.
You second-guess yourself. You try too hard. And that urgency starts working against you — creating a cycle that’s hard to break.
With focused, expert coaching, you can demonstrate your judgment, communicate the value you add, earn the trust of the right people, and compete for roles on solid ground, not hope.
You’re more qualified than you realize
I know what it’s like to feel stuck — and to start wondering if the problem is you.
After 16 years with one company, my role was eliminated. I threw myself into a job search: tailoring cover letters, networking, prepping for interviews. But nothing was working. The harder I tried, the more desperate I started to feel.
Then a recruiter asked me something simple but profound:
“On an average week or day, what do you do — and how much time do you spend on each?”
After 15 very long seconds, I laid out exactly what I do best: develop strategy, advise leaders, manage risk, and deliver results, hoping the percentages added up. Not my strong suit.
That moment reminded me I wasn’t just a “communications professional.” I was operating as a strategic partner — someone who translates strategy into action and helps organizations move through change.
That question was a gift. It helped me unlock my value, tell a clearer story, and show up with a much greater understanding — and appreciation — of what I had actually accomplished professionally.
You don’t have to spend months second-guessing your worth. Together, we’ll pinpoint what actually differentiates you — so you can show up with clarity, earn trust, and move forward with purpose.
Help that actually helps
See your work more clearly
Most people focus too narrowly on what they do — not how they do it or why it matters. We’ll help you see your experience differently, so the real value of your work becomes clear — especially the parts you may have been overlooking.
Collect the right proof
You’ll identify and refine high-impact examples from your past work — stories that demonstrate credibility, capability, and leadership in action. These aren’t résumé bullets. They’re assets you’ll use again and again.
Expect a challenge — but one worth facing
This work is harder than writing a résumé. There’s no job description to follow. You’ll need to reflect, rethink, and sometimes reconsider how you see yourself and describe your work. But we’ll guide you through it — and what you find may surprise you.
What we discover together will become the foundation for how you communicate, connect — and get hired.
A proven process

1
Clarify what you want
We start by getting clear about what you want — and more importantly, what’s been getting in the way.
You’ll begin to position your experience differently — not just as someone looking for a job, but as someone ready to lead, influence, and grow.

2
Shape your story
You’ll craft a clear, confident narrative about who you are, what you do, and why it matters.
We’ll surface the skills, patterns, and outcomes that hiring managers care about — but you may not have seen in yourself.

3
Practice with purpose
We won’t just ask “typical” interview questions. You’ll rehearse the ones that make your palms sweat.
We’ll challenge your assumptions, coach your delivery, and help you feel prepared—even for the moments you can’t predict.

4
Show up with confidence
You’ll show up with a grounded presence and a clear message, whether you’re heading into an interview, a networking call, or a high-stakes conversation.
Because you’ve done the work — and it shows.
This isn’t about looking like you have the right answers. It’s about being so “right” you’re impossible to overlook.

Are we a good fit?
You may benefit from outside support if:
- You’re motivated to land your next role — and want to compete for it intentionally.
- You’re open to rethinking how you present yourself professionally.
- You struggle to translate your experience into clear, compelling interview narratives.
- You’re frustrated by interviews that go nowhere, even when you know you’re qualified.
- You’re willing to invest your time and some money in yourself and your future.
You may not need outside support if:
- Your career is going well and you’re not actively exploring new opportunities.
- You already feel clear, confident, and consistently effective in interviews.
- You’re getting consistent callbacks or moving forward after interviews.
- You want a quick fix — or someone to “do it for you.”
- You’re uncomfortable with the idea of reflecting deeply or seeing yourself differently.
This isn’t about fixing you — it’s about helping you show up as your best.
Clear pricing for different levels of support
Every coaching engagement is personalized — but all are rooted in the same goal: helping you move forward with clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Fees are shaped by the level of one-on-one coaching needed to mine your experience and turn it into something you can use. Packages reflect the depth of support required to surface, refine, and rehearse your work — typically equivalent to an effective hourly rate of $250, with modest variation based on the intensity of live coaching you want.
What sets us apart is the individualized attention, narrative precision, and rehearsal coaching you’ll receive — whether you’re starting from scratch or working to recover from a disappointing outplacement experience.

Pricing
How much does it cost to work with you?
Packages range from $1,899 to $6,799 depending on the level of support. For clients seeking focused, standalone coaching, the hourly rate is $250. Full details are outlined above.
Do you offer payment plans or reduced fees?
In select cases, I offer reduced-fee coaching to early-career professionals from underrepresented or disadvantaged communities — especially when financial need and personal readiness align. Merit and motivation matter as much as background.
What’s included in the free consultation?
The first consultation can be used however you need: to ask questions, discuss a specific challenge, or assess fit. These are typically 30–45 minutes. After that, any additional sessions are billed at $250 unless part of a package.
Approach & Process
What makes this different from outplacement services or résumé writers?
Outplacement services are paid for by employers, usually when they eliminate jobs, to ease the transition of people who are displaced. Although these firms can provide highly personalized support, they’re rarely engaged to deliver that level of service to everyone affected. Many professionals who receive outplacement help need — or want — something more human, strategic, and customized.
That’s where we come in. Our work is personal. We develop your stories together, rehearse your delivery, and help you show up with substance and clarity.
Although the work we do often strengthens your résumé and social media profiles, that’s a bonus — not the primary goal.
