Resumes only get you interviews; they will not get you a job!

Dozens of applications. No responses. Silence after interviews. Rejections without feedback.

When progress stalls, confidence dips—and the stress starts to show.

You second-guess yourself. You try too hard. And soon, that urgency starts working against you—creating a cycle that’s hard to break.

The right preparation changes everything. And I believe—with expert coaching—you can show up with clarity and get the job you deserve.

You're more qualified than you realize

I know what it’s like to feel stuck—and to start wondering if the problem is you.

After 16 years with one company, my role was eliminated. I threw myself into a job search: tailoring cover letters, networking, prepping for interviews. But nothing was working. The harder I tried, the more desperate it started to feel.

Then a recruiter asked me something simple but profound:

“On an average week or day, what do you do—and how much time do you spend on each?”

After 15 very long seconds, I laid out exactly what I do best: develop strategy, advise leaders, manage risk, and deliver results, hoping the percentages added up. Not my strong suit.

That moment reminded me—I’m not just a “communications professional.” I’m a change-maker. A strategic partner.

That question was a gift. It helped me unlock my value, tell a clearer story, and show up with new confidence.

You don’t have to spend months second-guessing your worth. Together, we’ll pinpoint what makes you stand out—so you can show up with clarity, earn trust, and move forward with purpose.

Help that actually helps

See yourself differently

Most people focus too narrowly on what they do, not how they do it or why it matters. We’ll help you reframe your experience to uncover the real value others already see in you—but you may have been overlooking.

Collect the right proof

You’ll identify and refine high-impact examples from your past work—stories that demonstrate credibility, capability, and leadership in action. These aren’t résumé bullets. They’re assets you’ll use again and again.

Expect a challenge—but one worth facing

This work is harder than writing a résumé. There’s no job description to follow. You’ll need to reflect, rethink, and sometimes re-envision how you see yourself. But we’ll guide you through it—and what you find may surprise you.

What we discover together will become the foundation for how you communicate, connect—and get hired.

A proven process

1

Reframe how you see yourself

We start by getting clear about what you want—and more importantly, what’s been getting in the way.

You’ll begin to see yourself differently: not just as someone looking for a job, but as someone ready to lead, influence, and grow.

2

Shape your story

You’ll craft a clear, confident narrative about who you are, what you do, and why it matters.

We’ll surface the skills, patterns, and outcomes that hiring managers care about—but you may not have seen in yourself.

3

Practice with purpose

We won’t just ask “typical” interview questions. You’ll rehearse the ones that make your palms sweat.

We’ll challenge your assumptions, coach your delivery, and help you feel prepared—even for the moments you can’t predict.

4

Show up with confidence

You’ll show up with a grounded presence and a clear message, whether you’re heading into an interview, a networking call, or a high-stakes conversation.

Because you’ve done the work—and it shows.

This isn’t about looking like you have the right answers. It’s about being so "right" you're impossible to overlook.

In select cases, I offer reduced-fee coaching to early-career professionals from underrepresented or disadvantaged communities—especially when financial need and personal readiness align. Merit and motivation matter as much as background.

The first consultation can be used however you need: to ask questions, discuss a specific challenge, or assess fit. These are typically 30–45 minutes. After that, any additional sessions are billed at $250 unless part of a package.

Approach & Process

What makes this different from outplacement services or résumé writers?

Outplacement services are paid for by employers, usually when they eliminate jobs, to ease the transition of people who are displaced. Although these firms are capable of providing highly personalized support, they are rarely hired to offer that level of service to everyone affected. Many professionals who receive outplacement help need—or want—something more human, strategic, and customized.

That’s where we come in. Our work is personal. We develop your stories together, rehearse your delivery, and help you show up with substance and clarity.

Although the work we do often strengthens your résumé and social media profiles, that’s a bonus—not the primary goal.
